Odessa is a community in Loyalist Township, about 20 kilometres west of Kingston. New residential development is planned, including a 584-unit subdivision whose draft plan Loyalist Township council approved in 2025, and that growth is part of what's driving the township's population increase.
New construction in Odessa typically means straightforward plywood subfloor and first-time carpet installation, often for whole-home projects rather than single rooms. New-build installation work here has picked up in recent years as development continues.
Odessa's established homes are more likely to need replacement of carpet that's reached the end of its life, or restretching and repair rather than a first install. Beyond installation, we also handle carpet cleaning, stain and odor treatment, restretching, and repair for both new and established homes in Odessa, as well as local businesses – we quote every property, new or established, on its own merits.
Being about 20 kilometres west of Kingston, Odessa is an easy trip for our crews to reach for a quote or a scheduled job.
We carpeted this basement bedroom and the hallway outside it in the same beige patterned loop carpet. The carpet runs through the doorway with no change in colour or pattern, and it is fitted neatly at the door frame. Using one carpet across rooms and halls makes a basement feel like one finished space. We do the same work for homes in Odessa.

Many of Odessa's established properties are older farmhouses and country homes rather than standard subdivision builds, and that changes what a carpet job usually involves. Uneven floor levels, additions built onto the original structure, and trim or baseboard details from different eras are common, so measurements and material choices need to account for each room individually rather than assuming a uniform layout. We work with these properties as often as we do newer builds in Odessa, and we bring the same equipment and materials out regardless of a home's age or how far it sits down a country road.
For Odessa's older farmhouses and newer builds, we offer carpet installation, carpet removal, stair carpet installation, carpet repair and pet stain and odor removal. Nearby, we also serve Amherstview and Bath.
